 General Rules:

    • Each team count consists of 4 members only, and students from same institutes can form a team.
    • Unethical behavior may lead to disqualification, and faculty coordinators have the final authority in any matter during the event.
    • The decision of the judges will be final and binding, and any argument with judges will result in disqualification.
    • Robots must adhere to given specifications and should not damage the arena.
    • Each team member must carry their identity card.
    • No test practice will be allowed in the arena.
    • Robots must not leave behind any parts during the run, or it will result in disqualification.
    • Certificates of Participation will be given to all teams, except those disqualified for disobeying competition rules.

Track Specification:

    • The track surface and course line may have unevenness.
    • Obstacles will be placed on the race track to challenge the robots and potentially slow them down.
Note: These rules and regulations are subject to change at the discretion of the event organizers.

 2. Maze Solver

 2.1 Maze Description:

    • Predefined circuit with varying difficulty levels.
    • Includes dead-ends, loops, twists, turns, and decision points.

2.2 Robot Design:

    • Maximum dimensions and weight limits specified.

 2.3 Competition Procedure:

    • Robot starts from a designated point, navigates maze autonomously.
    • Can run manually or automatically.

 2.4. Scoring and Evaluation:

    •  Based on completion time.
    •  Penalties for touching maze walls or rule violations.

 2.5. Rules and Regulations:

    • Adherence to size, weight, and sensor requirements.
    • No damage to the maze allowed.
    • Judges’ decisions are final.

2.6. Safety Considerations:

    •  Ensure robot safety during operation.

Note: Event organizers may adjust rules as needed.

Srishti Competitions B. Information Sciences track:

1. Codenza

  • Each team count should include 2 members and HackerRank accounts are mandatory.
  • Duration- 1:00 Hr
  • The programming language used for event will be C, C++ or Java

2. Multi-language Debugging

  • Team must consist of two members
  • Competition consists of 10 challenges altogether.
  • Challenge 1-5: are in debugging format. Participants may be given a code snippet with several errors. Debug and rewrite the entire code to obtain desired output.
  • Participants must answer at least 3 challenges to be eligible for scoring.
  • Challenge 6-10: are optional programming challenges. Participants may or may not attempt to answer these challenges.

3. Tech Quiz

  • Team must consist of 2 members
  • There will be two rounds: Prelims & Final Round
  • The decision of the quiz master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.
  • The contest will test the knowledge of teams in the field of Emerging Technologies in India.

Srishti Competitions C. Mechanical Sciences Track:

1. Engine assembly

a. Eligibility:
    • Only students are eligible to participate.
    • Teams must consist of two members.
    • Interdisciplinary teams are allowed from same institute.
b. Theme:
    • Participants will receive a printout of the 3D design with dimensions on-site.
c. Design Constraints:
    • Participants can use any CAD software of their choice (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and AutoCAD).
    • The model’s dimensions must adhere to specified limits (length, width, and height).

  d. Submission Requirements:

    • Each team must submit their CAD model.
    • Participants must bring their own laptops with the necessary CAD software installed.
    • Only one design submission per team is allowed.

These rules ensure fair competition and provide clear guidelines for participation in the Engine Assembly CAD Design Competition.

2. CAD Man
